This little backpack is a little pricey but I found it very worth it! Usually when I travel, I’ll take an Away suitcase as my checked bag, a backpack for my carry on bag … and I’ll throw this little guy inside of my checked bag. It’s small but has room for souvenirs and essentials on a day trip! And bonus: the pad inside the bag can be removed and used as a cushion to sit on! It’s been on tours of the English countrysidse as well as all over Key West and other places as well. I would definitely recommend this backpack, especially in your favorite color to help it stand out!

I found out the hard way that this was a necessary travel accessory! Ever since I went on medication for my blood pressure and migraines, I’ve had trouble with hot and cold weather, and on my last cruise, I was boiling! In addition to not regulating my temperature well sometimes, I also can not sleep without a fan blowing on me because I’ve always slept hot. I took my Venty on the same cruise to the Caribbean and I am SO glad I did! My mom decided to tag along on that cruise, and she gets cold very easily — so any time I turned the A/C up, she turned it back down! I pointed my Venty right at me and was able to sleep extremely comfortably! This is definitely on my must list — though if you DO bring it on a cruise, I would suggest carrying it on with you if that’s an option; my bag got detained and I had to go show them the Venty fan so that I was allowed to bring it to my room once I proved it wasn’t a power strip!
This bag was a godsend on my trip to Bimini! I had a painting excursion on the beach and was able to bring my towel and my hat and other necessities off the ship and onto the sand without bringing the sand back to the room when we got back on te boat. I got this during Prime Week, and I think it was one of the best things I picked up. It will definitely be my go-to for the beach in the future!

As I said, I hate bringing sand back with me! This isn’t the exact towel I purchased, but it’s the same fabric and I love mine! It dries out super quick and does not bring any pesky sand along with me. It makes a day at the beach that much better.

Confession: as a pharmacy technician by day, I ALWAYS overdo it when it comes to packing medication! I want to be sure I have exactly what I might need at any given time. In the past, I used to haul a HUGE makeup bag with me on my European vacations just to make sure I had what I wanted, since some fo the medications I rely on when I get sick just aren’t available in other countries! This little organizer is a GODSEND for me when it comes to my OTC meds! You can put all your favorite remedies inside the many slots and can even order one with little labels if you want to keep track of what you have where. I don’t use this for my prescription medications since I already have a separate organizer for those, but this makes sure I have any remedy myself or my travel companions may need at hand.

When I’m traveling, sometimes I like to bring a power strip with me to make use of not always having lots of sockets near me. This was another Prime Week purchase and it’s been really helpful to bring along! It’s not super large, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my bag, but it provides extra plugs plus USB-C and USB-A ports to charge multiple things out of the one socket.

I’m a power user of my phone — I’ll use it to read on my Kindle app, to use Instagram and other social media, and to keep in touch with my friends and family to list a few things. As such, I tend to run through my phone battery fast and having a charger that can get me back to business fast is important to me! This one does just that, AND charges my phone multiple times on one charge of its’ own! I have one of this particular model as well as a few other models, but this is my very favorite one and I will probably purchase another soon to have as my travel go-tos.
